No word in Nashville about Quero's exit. It's impossible for me to envision Arnold selling low on him.

ETA: He wouldn't even make sense in Arizona, given they have Del Castillo.

Good on them for getting their top 10 signed, though it doesn't sound like there was much risk with the guys they took. They've got a real large pool left, though. It's gonna be disappointing if they don't come away with at least four or five more of those picks.

Looks like roughly $2.2 million. Lot of the internet people were guessing in that $1.5-$1.8 range, so gotta be happy with that.

Gasser goes one and gives up a walk, a hit, a sac fly and two runs. No gun on him but the velocity looked good. Breaking stuff wasn't sharp, but movement was there. I wouldn't count on him seeing Milwaukee this season but it's still great seeing him on the mound.

With Miz graduating off of Pipeline, RHP Ethan Dorchies made it on. 18 years old and a 10th rounder last summer, he's carved up Carolina since being added in June.
