Dallas Gets Devin Vassel, Dequan Jeffries
Cha Gets: Klay Thompson
SA Gets: Tidjane Salaun, Caleb Martin, Jaden Hardy
Dallas turns three mistakes into one, essentially. I'm not a Vassel believer, but he likely wouldn't have a place in SA with their influx of guards, and he fits a need here as a starting caliber guard who would be closer to Flagg's timeline. This also opens up the roster spot for Exum. This injects some more youth into a team lacking it. Cha gets the ultimate Kneuppel mentor. Kon has mentioned that Klay is the guy he models his game after and even called him after the SL win. SA has roster spots to fill and this accomplishes that. Victor and Salaun are friends, and perhaps that connection can boost Tidjane's confidence to carve a role, and he fits a need for SA. Caleb and Hardy can be bench guys for them that they currently lack.
This is assuming Devin's value isnt high at that contract which i dont believe it is, but curious for everyone's thoughts? Hopefully Dallas can do somethign else to open up a spot for Nembhard to have a real contract, maybe release Omax, Powell, or WIlliams

Imo, all 3 teams say no but it's interesting and different.
For DAL, I like Vassell but he's overpaid and I'm not confident in him producing enough in this team to justify his contract and not put in peril other players extensions like PJ.
For CHA, I don't see them giving up on Salaun after 1 season. I know he looked terrible but the GM would look like a fool to immediately flip him for a very old Klay.
For SA, Vassell's shooting is badly needed and would be missed. Hardy is useless in SA with their amount of guards, Salaun would basically never see the floor behind Barnes, Sochan and K. Johnson. Martin probably plays but also would be fighting for minutes with the same guys.
Also I'm surprised you would consider releasing B-Will. He finished the year really strong averaging 13/4/2 on 52/41/84 shooting splits in his last 10 games. I'm hopeful he can continue his momentum. He seems to be really well-liked in the organization and by his teammates.
