Interesting. When's the last time a team did something like this? I'm curious to know the specifics and if he literally didn't do any rehab

What effect do you think this will have on your team coached by Pete Carroll?

Pete had like 200 transactions his first year in Seattle. Flipped the roster. He'll do the same in Vegas.

He's not afraid to cut guys who he thinks aren't fully bought in to his message.

Having the owner and GM be a different person would show that they actually do want to win. It’s the same issues going back 30 years now. Players feel like they are zoo animals in an exibit because fans are constantly going through watching them do basic things like eating lunch and working out, but it’s another way for Jerry to make money.

In all fairness to Will McClay, he’s the de facto GM. He handles all of the duties of a GM and he’d probably be the highest paid GM in the league if he held that title. Jerry is GM in name only.

As long as the buck stops with Jerry, for example in regards to contract negotiations, nobody else is the de facto GM.

The buck does stop with Jerry and he does have final say in pretty much everything but that isn’t the problem with Jerry, well not the main problem.

The main problem is Jerry undermines his coaches. He cuts the legs out from under them every chance he gets. That’s leads to poor discipline. Then throw in the fact that Dak is not HIM and we have the current state of the Cowboys.

But bjj just said Dak is better than any Eagles QB.

That was me that said that. Statistically I’m not wrong. Although I would still take a prime Randall Cunningham over Dak.

I read that he refused to have surgery on his foot this off season.

Two Eagles QBs won Super Bowls in the time Dak has been the Cowboys starting QB.

Not sure what that has to do with anything.
Surely you don’t think Wentz who never won a playoff game had a better career than Dak?

And statistically Dak is better than both of them.

Jalen Hurts and Nick Foles are winners.

I'd rather have a winner at QB than pussy loser Dak who has stats but shrinks in the playoffs.

Well, at least the Bengals signed their first round DE.

Dang I was hoping the bengals would trade him to the eagles for a 3rd :)

Hendrickson is still holding out, so there's still hope lol although probably a day 3 compensation since he will be 31 and needs an extension.

Even if he comes back your defense is still a mess. Aren't you bringing back the same defense from last year? New coordinator.

Pretty similar personnel. Battle in for Vonn Bell at safety, which happened towards year end, anyways. Slaton in at nose for Shelvin (back on the Texans). Hubbard retired so most likely Ossai in at edge unless rookie Stewart can get up to speed. Rookie Knight in at LB for Pratt. Dax most likely kicks inside to the nickel since Hilton is now on the Dolphins. But it seems the new DC Golden likes to utilize 3 LB so Burks may be that 3rd guy on the 2nd level.

If Hendrickson holds out into week 1, Murphy will start in his edge spot.
