The most recent Kuz Kontrol:

This has been one of my best summers basketball-wise in probably the last 3-4 years…

No matter where I am—Germany, Ibiza, France—I'm always finding a gym and a weight room. The grind doesn't take vacations.

It's been all about getting back to the basics. A lot of shots, a lot of focus.

I'm excited about where my game is heading. The work is showing, and I can feel the difference.

I’m sure he’s working hard in Ibiza. Finding a random gym is like packing a book on vacation.

Kuzma says the grind doesn't take a vacation and I say that a vacation isn't a grind. Just shut up and show us what you got when you return.

BigO found that rare moment where "Shut up and dribble" actually makes sense to say.

Hell no. He's pumping his own trade value, and I think he should turn it up a notch. Plant the seed of a comeback season for the couple of teams that always wanted him

Thinking ahead about this salary slot does seem important.

Bucks don’t have any other sizable salaries to put on the market other than maybe Bobby.

RJ will be expiring the same year as Kuzma but will be paid $9M more. Depending on who the Bucks are targeting that could matter in either direction.

The grind doesn’t take a vacation except for last offseason when he openly admitted he didn’t put in any work…

that **** sounded like a Michael Scott quote. unbelievable. is this guy just Ben Simmons with irrational confidence instead of no confidence at all?

Horat, if you're listening, please punt this guy as far away from our team as you can.

I mean it’s not impossible Kuz is working harder then he has the past 3-4 offseasons like he says.

His career is on the brink but (at the moment at least) he’s on a winning team with as much of an opportunity to earn a role as he could ever hope for.

It's probable he's working harder, but when you've had a blah career (despite his earnings), you shouldn't be bragging about not training hard the last 3 years.

And in my book, training hard is not when you find a gym when you travel to exotic places. It's staying home with a trainer and not saying a word. Maybe I'm too old school.

Vacation is important to recharge the mental side of the game too IMO. He looks in shape atleast. I have faith that Kuz would be better this year.

Kings radio host says 80/20 Russ goes to Sacramento.

Something’s gotta give with that backcourt if that happens.

Kuzma as Kuminga backup plan still live.

Hopefully “back to basics” includes a **** ton of work reconstructing his game in the paint.

For Kuz, I bet it’s just a ton of one on one work. Doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who would work on his defensive rotations or anything truly useful in the couple hours he has between the beach and the club.

Sh$$t.. if he's imagining GA and Kjp kicking out 3s to him and he's getting that mindset of drilling them I'm good.. the coaches need to figure out defense with them when they get in town.. you get that mf 3 up a few %
