Calm down. I stand corrected on Ozzy. Turns out they were both scum.

Lets be honest, if you do a deep dive on major celebrities you will find some horrific stuff. Doesn't mean there is a need so s*** on them after they are dead....Unless of course your last name is Epstein, Weinstein, etc....

You know what I’m keeping that insensitive joke about your teacher to myself, but baby, I love dark humor so it’s hard.

Oh trust me, my humor is as dark as you can get...but being a teacher I am careful about what I put in print versus thought or in person. So, you can use your imagination.

Are you an Anthony Jeselnik fan? His stand-up is dark (darkest?)! He's definitely not for everyone, but check him out on Netflix if you haven't already.

I'm a Jeselnik fan, I love his style of leading you to believe he is about to say one terrible thing then surprising you with something way worse. I agree he's definitely not for everyone, if you've ever said, "_______ is never ok to laugh about"; he should probably be avoided.

Thanks for the reminder, I almost forgot. I will be checking him out soon.
I love Chappelle, Sam Kinnison, Carlin etc, so I am looking forward to it.

I watched the Comedy Central special, I’ll laugh at the topics he brought up. Thought some were hilarious, some missed. The topics weren’t an issue for me, I think that if you go there, the jokes have to be top-tier. Some were not. It felt like he got lazy on some.

I’m probably going to watch more of his stuff, he’s definitely got it!

When I was a kid and Blizzard of Oz came out I was blown away by Randy Rhoads. I also had liked the Black Sabbath schtick as a kid. At that time Ozzy was a train wreck of a person and destroying himself with substance abuse …..and if it’s true that he killed his cats and abused his wife …. that is indefensible. However, the way he ended his career was truly remarkable. Humble to the core, thankful and 100% appreciative to his fans, lifting up as many of the musicians that will take his place and raising $200 million - the equal of his lifetime net worth - and giving it to charity. And doing that just weeks before your last breath? Pretty graceful way to exit this world. I believe he loved his work, loved his family, appreciated how miraculous his success was and really turned over a new leaf after the self destructive path he followed as a young man. I can admire that.

I don’t know enough about Hulk but he had a reputation for arrogance and narcissism whereas most who met Ozzy were impressed with his genuine humility and respectfulness - at least when sober.

Anyway, they were both icons of the 80s who helped make that an era of optimism and a fun time to be alive.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Holy sh**! This guy is insane. Could make a movie about him being a comedian while actually being a serial killer

Update: I watched the Netflix special and my thoughts are confirmed: check the dude's basement, backyard with fresh soil, etc...

Just keep in mind it’s jokes, but definitely doing that so he doesn’t become a SK. Same with top athletes IMO. Maybe Joe! Find some way to release.

Oh of course. It’s hilarious. My brain takes me places that I wish I had the motivation and creativity to actually do something. Meaning shows/movie ideas, not the serial killer part haha.

Superman and Happy Gilmore 2 both very good.

Spoiler:
I really enjoyed how Superman was losing / struggling for most of the movie but persevered and over came. A lot of super hero movies spend a lot of time showing how great the hero is and it was cool to see a different approach.

So there is a Jaylen Brown bot you can play on the chess.com app.

Just wanted to pass that on since I'm sure everyone was dying to know.

I presume it attacks aggressively, but leaves material hanging for no good reason?

Swear on my life it’s a 1500 elo bot with a solid Jaylen avatar and really good one liners that attacks hard early and makes inexplicable end game decisions that leaves the game completely up in the air lol

Last night I watched the first episode of the new Jason Mamoa series on Apple TV, Chief of War. Was a pretty solid start, clearly a bit of a passion project as he is also a producer and writer for it. And it is also cool that it is subtitled and spoken in native Hawaiian.

I haven’t been paying close attention by any means, but I am yet to hear a positive review of Happy Gilmore 2.

Idk what people were expecting. It’s slap stick comedy with a bunch of references to the old movies and a bunch of cameos. Had a decent enough plot. If you want character development and great acting look elsewhere. If you liked Billy Madison, happy Gilmore and big daddy you’ll probably like happy Gilmore 2.

Absolutely hilarious to hear the holier-than-thou crap on Hogan and Ozzy. Hogan said something 20+ years ago that he apologized for. He’s made more people in this world happy than the likes of you people ever could dream of. Miserable sods. Same for Ozzy.

The one liners are fun and well researched (I chuckled when the bot told me the energy was about to shift) but I certainly would have had a lot more difficulty against an actual 1500 elo rated player. To be fair that's an issue with a lot of bots where they marginally outplay their listed strength until they make one egregious mistake to balance it out. So if you just play solid and wait them out they'll give away the game eventually.

I can’t take this comment seriously, you purposely exaggerated the timeline. Besides that, to fully respond I’d have to quit the board after.

Right there's at least a 2x markup on the bots across the board for some reason, I guess to fluff people's egos.

My 13 year old son beat him first try, I've been a little more mixed lol. But agree if you play a clean game it's very beatable so the numbers don't quite work ratings-wise.

And agree, the little commentary is surprisingly well done the first few go arounds.
