Its true the offense was not great the second half of the year, but starting Deuce may make it worse. He's small for a starting or backup sg, shot poorly from the field, very streaky, rebounding and assists are worse than Hart. Teams figured out to leave Hart open on defense, teams will figure out to put a tall guard on Deuce and shoot over him on offense and block him on defense.
Also who would be the bench pg if Deuce starts?

Begley said there is a lot of internal support to start Mitch and they signed that yabu guy from philly with him being the backup 4. I think that's the right move and you have to hope that Mike Brown can find ways to make them better offensively.

It also doesn't really make sense to start Deuce. He's undersized at the 2, extremely inconsistent (shot 37% from the field in the playoffs which is extremely awful) so you can't trust him as a offensive threat.

Are people really losing their minds over an assistant coach?

So desperate to be outraged about something...anything so it's not even being mad at the 14th or 15th roster spot it's down to getting upset at an assistant coach...just wow.
