It isn't inconceivable that the brewers saw a subtle tweak needed for Vaughn's swing and/or approach and this run is the new normal. Obviously there was something there that made him such a high pick.

It is quite difficult for me to buy that, though. Fun as hell nonetheless

Vaughn went from a likely non-tender to a potential bargain next season.

I'm hoping the upright stance and, "just hit it hard, don't worry about getting a pitch you can lift" are what did it. That's how I'm trying to reverse-engineer the numbers. He was only marginally better in Nashville than other AAA stints, so it's harder to say.

Of course, these are all pretty small samples.

We'll see what it looks like when he stops mashing the ball like prime Bonds, but it certainly wouldn't be the first time a guy in his mid-late 20's completely flipped a switch with a change of scenery. Dude always had the talent.

They kept saying the first 2 games were sold out but they weren't. There were chunks of empty seats in the upper corners. But today there are only a few single seats and standing room seats. Preferred parking is sold out in advance. Let's send those FIB's home crying.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Sucks to not have Chourio. If he's not on the IL by game time Friday it's a good sign.

First pitch HR, then a walk, feel like it might be one of those games……. At least we took 2/3 if that’s the case

Too lazy to look up his splits, but it looks like LHBs are having a lot of trouble reading Imanaga.
