Jaydon Blue making plays in camp. He’s still not running with the 1’s but he’s getting snaps and making the most of them.

From everything I’ve been hearing and reading about Brevyn Spann-Ford says he will definitely win the backup TE position and could easily be the #1 TE by the end of the season.

Joe Milton has also looked good so far at camp.

Mingo also looking good in camp. Having Turpin play more RB will help make room in the WR room.

Dodged a bullet. At least it wasn’t an ACL.

Dodged a HUGE bullet. Backup OG Robert Jones broke a bone in his neck this week too. That OL depth is starting to thin out a bit.

The RB battle seems to be getting interesting. I’d say Jaydon Blue is the clear cut best RB in camp right now. He’s currently running with the 1’s now. Phil Mafah is the biggest RB in camp and based on what I’ve read he looks good and seems quicker than most thought. I also didn’t think Miles Sanders would make the team but he’s been the best veteran RB in camp.

If I had to guess I would say that the RB’s that make the team are.

Jaydon Blue
Miles Sanders
Phil Mafah
Hunter Luepke.

I've voiced my concern over the Parsons contract in the past. This is a big flaw in how Steven negotiates. They always do this. Dak was franchised, so was Zeke. There were hold outs. And then when it is all done? Dallas ends up paying out an even bigger contract.

I do not know how Lamb managed to avoid this drama.

They will eventually get things taken care of with Parsons, but not without a lot of drama and a possible holdout first.

So, kind of off topic. But Dez Bryant is currently is huge Twitter beef with Nicki Minaj. I am not exactly sure how all this came to be, something involving Jay Z and other stuff. But Nicki offered Dez $10m to fight her boyfriend and he replied with this

I am in favor of trading Parsons. My understanding is they can get 2 first rounds plus a couple additional picks for him. Face it. He is a traffic cone against the run. He is one of the reasons they Cowboys get run all over. Also, the Cowboys are already paying $60 million for Dak and $34 million for Lamb. That $40 million can get you four high quality starters. Add that to the four young players you get for Parsons, and it is a non-brainer.

What are you talking about Lamb went through this last year.

As for Micah, like I said before this is really all about nothing. Jerry is eating up all the attention the Cowboys are getting. It seems the sports networks and national radio shows are talking Micah and the Cowboys non-stop 24/7. It’s all free publicity to Jerry.

Jerry knows Micah doesn’t need camp to get ready for the season. Before the season starts Jerry is going to make Micah the highest paid in-QB in NFL history. Micah will have a press conference to say that he loves the Cowboys, never wanted to be traded, and how he wants to retire a Cowboy. Cowboys fans have seen this play out over and over for the last 30+ years.

Yea I saw that. It started over Dez calling out her boyfriend getting arrested for failing to register as a sex offender. Dez said I don’t know what, Nicki responded. My money is on Dez.

Did Lamb threaten holdout and all that? I can't even remember lol.

Dallas drags on and on. And I think it is Stephen Jones doing it. Because in Parsons trade request he specifically calls out Stephen.

No because they got the deal done before the season started. He did sit out at the beginning of camp though.
