That's more than DeRozan costs -- and without the same flexibility -- but if Miami is (relatively?) high on Kuminga and think he fits with Miami's roster, why not take a (relatively) inexpensive flyer on a young guy who might flourish in Miami's system?
Look at the team's that have shown interest in kuminga, I'd be very worried if the Heat front office actually pursue him.
Suns, kings, wiz, and the bulls. No team wants to be clumped in with that quartet. Not many teams need a pf who cant shoot, rebound, defend, and has a near 30% usg rate.
There's a reason good teams aren't looking at kuminga, and it isn't all cap related.
