He’s a natural. Much like Scottie, he doesn’t need a bunch of refined skills to be good at basketball. Also much like Scottie, his ceiling will be defined by how much he can refine his skills. We got a good one.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

As it has been said...you are what you can guard.
No reason he can't and wouldn't be considered a 3 if his shooting comes around.
I don't see us putting him on the back line a lot so I think he will be playing the 3 for us for the most part, I mean when Barnes is on the court at least. Barnes will be the 4. I think even if we play small we can put Mogbo at the 5

This offense needs a lob threat 5 man as an escape valve so badly

If he was a 3 he likely is not available at #9.

This. Position really only refers to what you can guard (aside from maybe PG on offense, as its by far the most complicated position to play). And on offense it's the opposing team that needs to adjust to you. As long as he shows requisite ball handling skills / shooting, there's nothing stopping the coaches from using him as a wing on offense, despite what size he is.

I agree which was why I was fixated on Khaman, but the counter to that action is if the big flares out to the 3, and if Mamu can hit 40% from 3 and continue to beat bigs & players that close out too aggressively, we'll be cooking. I really think Mamu is gonna have a big yr for us

The shot from the corner looks good. If he can hit those he's a better starter than RJ.

Let's wait a bit to see. If he doesn't develop a shot at a decent %,, teams will defend him like they do Scottie.

Is left-handed Aaron Gordon a decent archetype for CMB?

Don’t we have our Aaron Gordon already in Scottie?

Re: Collin Murray-Boyles Thread
He's the defensive version of Steve Nash.
Quarterbacking the defense from the middle of the paint to the top of the free throw arc. From there, he can help everyone.
He's a Homing Beacon, even on offensive side of the ball.
The Anti-Nash.
And we're the Anti-Suns.

Re: Collin Murray-Boyles Thread
I think his full game would be refined in the GLeague. We have solid back ups in place and ramping him up ther is a good idea. CMB should be the first forward off the bench. He needs to find a single part of offense he can refine I think he has a good pathway to being similar to Sabonis but better at defense.
