It's tough to find comparisons with pitchers. There's been talk that the Brewers have approached Miz about an extension, but unless he's willing to sign something team friendly, it probably doesn't get done. Too much risk of him losing a season-plus at some point over the next five years.

Agreed. Freddy's extension bought out the first year of free agency and was a bargain. Mis is going to want a lot more than Freddy got.
