Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

I really don't know why Josh hasn't been promoted yet.

16. Josh Adamczewski, 2B, Brewers

Team: Low-A Carolina (Carolina)
Age: 20
Why He’s Here: .333/.444/.933 (5-for-18), 3 R, 1 2B, 0 3B, 2 HR, 4 RBIs, 3 BB, 2 SO, 0-for-0 SB
The Scoop: Adamczewski was overshadowed on a roster that featured standout talents like Jesús Made and Luis Peña—at least until their recent promotions. But make no mistake: the second baseman has quietly established himself as a steady, reliable presence. He brings a short, efficient swing paired with advanced timing and feel for the barrel, allowing him to drive the ball to all fields with ease. His offensive profile leans heavily on contact, though there’s enough strength and bat speed to project 10-15 home runs, with the occasional uptick.

Hot Sheet. I have to think the reason he hasn't been promoted is the injury reducing his games played, and to also give him more looks at 2B with Pena and Made bumped.

Was just looking through today's box scores in the DSL. Juan Martinez has quietly had a hell of a season down there, slashing .331/.454/.556 in 142 AB. Yet another signing from the 2024 INT class, he's a switch hitter splitting his time between 2B and 3B.

With Made and Pena on the move, he could be a candidate for promotion to Carolina.

I definitely need to get to Appleton. They have 2 6-game homestands this month. Need to go to a game before football kicks in and occupies a lot of time.

ETA, their best seats are $20 including fees.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Their pricing is pretty decent. 4 tickets and parking with fees was like $70 when went last week. The team has been kind of rough this year but obviously just got more interesting.

The Tigers continue to lead the way in winning percentage (and run differential), but it’s also true that the Tigers’ affiliates are among the oldest across the minors. The Mets and Pirates are second and third in MiLB winning percentage, respectively, while having younger than average rosters. The Brewers’ .532 winning percentage, meanwhile, is much more impressive when you consider they have the youngest pitching staffs across the minors and the third-youngest hitters.
