Damn, Lukes could easily have two home runs right now.

Our bench is a little iffy tight now:
Schneider / DeJong
Heineman
Kennedy
Straw
We need Springer and Gimenez back.
I haven’t figured out why Ty France is on our roster yet so probably

He at least gives them a guy other than Vladdy that can play first. And his defensive metrics are good this year.

Barger with the worst error I’ve ever seen
He’s struggling in all aspects

What do the advanced metrics say about Barger's defence at 3rd?
Obviously in terms of errors (and eye test) he has not been strong as of late.

Giving them extra outs at Coors Field isn’t ideal.

Maybe stop throwing pitches right down the middle to their one legitimately good hitter

Obviously in terms of errors (and eye test) he has not been strong as of late.
He’s in the 100th percentile for arm strength, so that helps.
I feel like he’s generally a better 3B than outfielder.

Has 6 assists in RF. That is something. But really not very good at either right now.

Not sure what’s weirder: having a John Axford jersey or wanting Hazel Mae’s autograph.
