Been skipping even coming to RealGM lately because of it. Huge pain in the ass. Surprised I even got to post this message.

Not recently, but similar things have happened. I usually just log out for a couple days and it fixes itself in my experience

I haven't had issue with Popups or redirects in almost a year now but I have been using Firefox with Ublock and Video Autoplay blocker. Not sure if that is the reason, but not changing my format now with this good luck. Also, made changes to settings in About:config as well. RealGM in the past has been one of the worst for redirects and popups for any site I have ever visited.

Didn't know he was interested in coaching.

Only half kidding here. Then we sign Malik back mid season and have 2 sh*t-head Beasleys as our veteran presence for the young guys.

Someone mentioned Jon Leuer... which miraculously was given even the smallest bit of consideration to being a real suggestion

Someone then mentioned Kevin Love who is broken and was past being useful about 5 years ago.

I then figured... what the heck... I will toss in an equivalently useful suggestion in Udonis Haslem. Clearly at 45 years of age he is a solution to needing a PF of the future. I bet if we wait a little more we can take advantage of the AARPE to get a 10% discount***.

***only applies to games on Sunday mornings except holidays

And now you half-kiddingly suggest Michael Beasley.

How are either Jon Leuer or Udonis Haslem ever classified as being near retirement?

Now that I think about it I am starting to see why Cataclysm couldn't completely rule out the seriousness of the Jon Leuer suggestion... FML :noway:

One better - theBigLip is available. 6’1” 225, an unmovable force, even when sprinting at top speed. Max vertical leap of at least 6”. FG% is a solid 55%, but range is limited to uncontested right hand layups. Available for vets min.

I'm more interested in Rondo as a coach.

I've legit been directed to malicious sites by RealGM on mobile. I visit it only on desktop now.

Boucher signed with the Celtics.

I saw that

I never said we absolutely have to sign Boucher or Lyles, it was along the lines of I feel like we should sign one of them.

With all that’s going on with Boston, I stand by the idea that it’s odd for them to sign Boucher.

So I guess until Lyles signs with the Sixers, there’s still a chance

Utah is also starting up a nice collection of “oh yeah, that guys still in the NBA.

That I could do… once. Then I’d need to retire

Can we, though? We did trade him.

i forget what the rule is but i believe we can't sign him (or claim him off waivers?) this season.

I believe that a traded player can be resigned by his original team during the offseason. During the season is a different situation.

The real issue is that he'd be a free agent and will be attractive to a number of teams.

If he was claimed offseason by Miami, then waived, wouldn't that be Miami's problem?

My understanding is that Miami would have to send Simone to say Charlotte. If then they cut him we could sign him, I think with Miami cutting him would block us from signing him

Ivey, Duncan Robinson, Paul Reed, TPE, and top 7protected 2027 1st for Zion and Jordan Hawkins.
They both come off the bench, and we nab Drummond for that third center to after the deadline, that’s my early prediction here.

My prediction is run as constructed and maybe add a Fontechino level PF on the cheap.

It’s been stated quite a few times that the TPE can’t be combined.

2025-26 NBA Team Tax Tracker https://share.google/KQDtrukte7IpmWuh3

So out of these top10 luxury tax teams, you'd have to think Boston is the only one not looking to be a winning team next year.
Would they not want to deal us Hauser into our TPE and save themselves a ton of money?

Have we considered that Stew and/or Duren could play more minutes? Last year those guys only combined to play 46 mpg on 20/26 splits. Duren was up over 33 mpg in the post-season, but that was impacted by Stews absence.

In theory, we could see Duren up around 30-32 mpg this year if he can stay out of foul trouble. Stew can also play 24-28 mpg if needed. If we're really thinking about Stew as our 3rd big in that McDyess type role, then we don't need that much out of the 4th big. Some size & shot blocking would be nice, but this is not as big a deal as we're making it out to be. Just kind of a slow off-season and not much else to discuss.

I know it failed with Monty, Hayes and crew but I don't see any reason Stew & Duren can't co-exist on this current roster.

Again, this year is about internal development.
