Vuk! Young man has a nice offensive arsenal. Need to keep him around to see how his overall game develops.

Might we see Alex and Tristan share the court during moments this season?

Although the game was a 125-55 laugher, any reps and confidence boosting is great for our young players

More highlights from the game:
A lot of his points were transition buckets because they significantly outclassed the competition, but his 3-ball sure looks smooth.

I felt badly watching this team get toyed with, it wasn’t even really a real basketball game.

An Ernie Grunfeld incident burns in my memory. Pam McGee once dared suggest to Ernie that he hire a Big Man coach for JaVale, Ernie’s response: “he could pay for it himself” This was reported by former Wiz Reporter Jay Glassie when he posted a bridge burning blast at Ernie Grunfeld personally, the blog piece has since been deleted from the internet, but you can find references/quotes from it through the search button on our site. It’s a new day now.

Ernie was such a CLOWN. Will Dawkins and Michael Winger are Nobel prize caliber people next to him. Unbelievable to think Turd kept Ernie for that long…

Remember when Alex Sarr started off summer league 0-15 FG?closg00 wrote:An Ernie Grunfeld incident burns in my memory. I suggested around the time above that because of his stature, mobility, and athleticism, Javale McGee should be trained to emulate Pau Gasol. I thought it would be acceptable for him to expand his range to three point line.
It never made sense to me to expect McGee to bang in the paint or be a great positional defender. Certainly, a big man coach would have been helpful. McGee needed to diversify his game inside and out.
Ernie Grunfeld and the old guard were very unwise. They drafted, thinking they got complete players up front. Their mom and pop cheap ways prevented them from viewing young players as investments. They never added to those players. They had inept coaching and influences like MJ, who eroded the confidence of players. Then, they traded those players. Ernie was a bum GM.
Vukcevic just needs to improve his defense..

Actually, just his defensive rebounding. Then he could play some limited minutes next to Sarr.

What I like the most in this video is his conditioning. He seemed to come in last season out of shape. The start of his season got really delayed as he played his way into shape with the Go Go.
This video he looks lean. He's out on the perimeter getting steals, running the floor, looking more athletic than he did at any point last year.

I would avoid drawing any conclusions from Tristan's performance in a gsme against Cyprus.
