Wagner is expected to be ready for training camp, barring any setbacks. He plays an important role in what the Magic wish to achieve next season. It's a difficult injury to return from, but as long as Wagner continues to attack rehab aggressively and stays in game shape, a solid season is very much possible for the German center.

"Expected to be ready by training camp" ?

IF that implies that Moe is clear for full participation - that's amazing. Anyone hear any further details or considerations about HOW "ready" he'll be?

Nobody saying RUSH...but general guesstimate was December. I'm curious if he's Ok'd to ride a Peloton courtside or participate to a greater degree. Moe is really important to our team-so it kind of matters.

Also, potentially opens the opportunity to look at moving Goga at some point...although It's not even clear for what yet?

Does the video play for anyone?

Moe has been saying this all along.

It's on here that people have been speculating he'll miss most or all of the season.

He'll be on a minutes restriction at very best case. If not I doubt it'll be long after season start before he makes his way back.

Moe don't need to be ready to start the season or training camp. Everyone else will be coming in with the energy and ability with clean health. Thus, Moe can be eased in. I am sure Slim will get a shot at Center as well. I want him to be at peak at the end of the season, not in the beginning.

Not a fan of attacking rehab aggressively. Sounds detrimental long term, imo. I’m not sure how you can expect it to fully heal by doing rehab aggressively.

I think they mean.. attacking it mentally. As someone who has been in rehab.. sometimes the mental aspect killa you figuratively. Like ou arent progressing as fast as you like so you get depressed, you get scared of reinjuring so you dot do it properly and etc etc

This and being cleared to play by the team are two completely different things.

No need to rush him.

It's a reason why Orlando Robinson will be using a lot of his 50 eligible games early in the season.

Ready by training camp would be huge. Mo is a big part of the winning formula for us.

Mo buckets! Watching him go down was the worst part of all last season in my opinion, glad he's coming back.

Oh yeah... we were kinda sure Moe had ACL while Suggs always looks like he got snipered but plays the next game.

Return to Orlando Magic
