Knecht SL performance, a way not to get traded?

People I normally agree with are talking about Knecht as if he’s a bust. I think they’re all dead wrong.

What’s your prediction for Knecht at the end of the season?

• Bust, he did his best in SL (0-5 mpg)
• Edged out by Smart, LaRavia, Thiero (5-15 mpg)
• Productive player in year two (15-25 mpg)
• Breakout year, post season starter (25-35 mpg)

Imo, he’s an ice cold assassin and he’ll get looks with Luka and Bron and Reaves and Ayton. He dropped 42 in an NBA game last season. He’ll have to show some defense but he’s not fooling me with his shot; it’s still there. I will enjoy it thoroughly when he drops 40 in the first preseason game.

He did well last year when we needed big minutes from him. He had one great month for that reason. I don't really know, he's going to shoot fine I think if he's motivated. He looked like full on zero effort trash most of summer league, though and we have our new sniper:

If he does that in games it’ll buy him minutes. I hope his defense is modeled after prime Brook, too.
