This dude would be Whiteside + no inhibition of social media use. Should have been a top 5 pick, then team’s all had reservations. CLT took a flier on him, but that’s just the point they were at as a franchise. Desperate for talent, even talent that did not contribute to winning. Not the right fit for the Heat franchise and yes not the right city for a man needing focus.
I don't care about his social media use. It revealed his problem. He needs to be in an environment that can handle his situation.

On someone’s payroll making 7 digits figuring out how to be professional? Dude should just get a real job and he will quickly realize that NBA life he can have is a blessing. I am all about redemption success stories, but skeptical this is one. Check in with me in five years if he is an all star and I will say you were right.

Idk if you misinterpreted what I was saying. I was trying to say he needs to be an environment that can handle his problem. It doesn't matter if he its a "real job" or not. He needs to be in an environment that he can stay clean and mentally stable. I actually had an coworker that had the Identical mental breakdown at work. He was sweating profusely and eratic behavior. His supervisor was about to call the police on him until I stopped her and called for medical help. Turned out his mother had died a week before and he was on a drug binge all week. They did fire him but I kept him from having a criminal record and got him medical attention. Not sure what happened to him but it could of been a tragic moment if the police got involved. That video showed he had some serious issues that needed to be dealt with. Whomever decides to acquire him needs to have the foundation that give him therapeutic support.

Yeah my interpretation was you were saying an NBA franchise should give him the right opportunity. Whatever is going on with him, I hope he figures it out. I just don’t wanna be reading about that drama on the Heat. The Whiteside era turned me to the darkside on prospects with an attitude issue.

Twix. I have always respected you as a poster. You are an awesome person for identifying those personal problems and finding a way to mitigate the consequences. Don't throw away all of the good when someone is having a rough time.

Im almost positive that's the plan if they pick him up. I'm personally ok with getting him as a back up. He had a good impact on the Mavs last season when they were hurt, so he could do the same for us. Especially since he's still young, there's probably still some ceiling to squeeze out of him if he has his head on straight. And having another young big to compete with Ware is good to help keep that fire in him. He needs to remember if he doesn’t keep up his effort, we DO have other options.

Big time player Fox has played seven playoff games in his whole eight-year career. What a legend.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

To be fair he plays in the west and that makes a world of difference. Our Jimmy playoff runs would have been back to back lottery picks if we were in the west.

Huh, the only thing Fox has over Herro is 1 All NBA selection? How? Wasn't he in the Bam draft? Bam is waaay more decorated.

But if you swap Fox with Herro on those STACKED Kings teams he’s getting them to the playoffs every year AND making deep postseason runs. The Lakers and Nuggets were lucky that by the time we made it to the Finals Herro was gassed from having a brutal stretch of beating the Bucks and Celtics both times basically putting this team on his back.

I had to do some soul searching and it led to me being at peace with that fact that Tyler Herro will NOT be denied, his greatness is inevitable.
