So when they win it’s because of Thibs, when they lose it’s because of the players? Be better melo.. be better.

Answer me this… what exactly did Thibs call to prevent Nesmith from getting 100 clean looks from 3 like we allowed all season? The switch-heavy scheme worked against Boston, but why did he abandon it this series? This is why switching works melo…

Mikal hit by a screen.. Hey, it’s KAT in your favorite drop :D

OG too far back and can’t recover. Such a basic move by Indy again and again, yet Thibs had no answer. Players should’ve been switching from opening night to prepare for moments like this…

Hart hit by an Obi screen? No switch? Yikes

Hart tries to recover after fighting thru, but he’s on skates.. hand down, man down

melo, explain this to me… this is your coach. Why isn’t he switching to prevent open 3’s? How is this the players fault? Why were we one of the worst defending the 3? Why are you so against switching? Why do you hate the players?

Image

All I see is lack of efforts by the players dying on screens and KAT always being the last one to rotate on a shooter because he's always lost on defense. And this simply is why the coaching staff and players were very frustrated with KAT's lack of urgency on defense. So thank you for pushing my agenda even further with your pics :D

Sorry, but it says "sh*t posts" and "beef" which this qualifies as. Thibs was not an ex player either, so by your own reasoning he should not be mentioned in here, yet you have done it freely.

Well according to you this thread was made for ME so I get to make the rules around here 8-)

I think we could have contained them a lot better with switching coverage. It just doesn't work to defend every team the same way, and Indy required something different than Boston. Who should have prepared us better to play Indy but didn't? It's not on the players. The coach failed to respond to this, which is one big reason so many of us were frustrated with him.

EDIT: Sorry, I responded to your first post and didn't see you'd already said almost the same thing right above.

Bro  , Mikal, KAT, Hart, OG, Brunson all getting beat in those Nesmith 3’s.

We all know you love Thibs and hate all the players, especially KAT because Randle was traded for him, but damn lol.

Just admit Thibs put them in position to fail. You’ll feel better. They should’ve been switching. Say the words melo, release that hate

We all read that months ago… that’s your coach setting him (amongst others) up to fail putting him in drop… same as Mikal at POA.

So again, care to finally answer the question? Why didn’t Thibs know his players strengths and weaknesses by the ECF enough to know how best to prevent Nesmith from hitting 100 wide open 3’s?

KAT wasn’t covering him every time bro, it was once and he was held/screened by Siakam on that play. Why didn’t Thibs switch like he did vs Boston? Just answer the question without changing the subject or deflecting

My homie, living the dirtbag life, got em. We were in the mountain loop highway area grabbing a peak when we stumbled onto em. we werent exactly foraging. And tbh I wasnt 100% they were jack-o-laterns and he was. Either way, he kinda struggles so I was completely cool with him taking em all.

I did however eat an ungodly amount of wild blueberries. We grabbed a peak then decided to follow the ridge up to another peak which was fun but we didnt take enough water. so we gorged on blueberries until we found a snow patch to melt for water.

The not enough water days are tough. Blueberries are magical. Was this the Buck Mtn day?

Those are 100% chicken of the woods but some people have sensitivities to them anyway. I was just nerding out on a conversation about that very subject on one of my Facebook mushrooming forums.

Buck might turn into Glacier. We still haven't figured that out yet. Happening thefirst of next month.

This was stillagaumish peak and then we bagged mount forgotten. Mountain loop highway is such a gorgeous area. These two peaks are just north of the ice caves. Also close to the gothic basin - foggy lake which is right next to gothic peak, and del campo.

And hunting mushrooms is wild. Living a dangerous life. One mistake and at best youre puking or shtting streams at worst death. Youre a wild man Cap.
