This kid sucks. Shadeur at least throws the ball down the field. A midget Kyler without athleticism and a poor arm. How the hell was he drafted so high lol

It's still just preseason. But going from the scheme they ran last year, which was a college offense essentially to this is like doing a complete 180.

They ran for 170 yards against the Raiders last week. A good chunk of that was backups against the raiders starters. I figured KC would be a better test. But then they ran for 270 yards last night against KC. Which is astounding because they had no run game whatsoever last season. They we're 30th in rushing.

This whole offseason has been about changing the identity of the team. The offense specifically. They want to run the ball. Control the game. That's why they brought in a whole new offensive coaching staff. Hired Klint Kubiak, who is the Son of Gary Kubiak.

So far, it looks completely different.

2 games is a big enough sample size to see that Joe Milton sucks. He’s signed to 3 more seasons so I wonder if they will keep him around that long. And if they do will be the #2 or #3 QB?

He sucked in college. Impossible to have a QB that isn’t accurate

I actually feel sorry for Jonathan Mingo and Jalen Tolbert. They’ve been open several times tonight and Milton has missed. He is consistent though, consistently throwing the ball behind the WR.

He did just have a nice deep ball to Mingo though.
