Chase Lucas continues making impacts in back to back games. Haven't noticed how well his coverage is play to play, but he's popping with the big plays.

If gage was decisive which direction to spin that may have been a TD.

That Moody kick was ugly, I'm getting a bad feeling. Going for it on 4th a couple times may be a sign of thing to come for Moody.

Moody still being on the roster is a systemic failure

Sounds like he is doing well but the 49ers are being really cautious with him

Paarag Marathe and other 49ers execs were at the Leeds United match hosting Everton. This is Leeds' first match after being promoted to the Premier League.

49ers gradually took over complete ownership of the football (soccer) club.

I didn't realize Paarag is in complete charge of Leeds.

The biggest soccer teams in the world -- those with the most revenues -- can rival the most valuable NFL and NBA teams, being valued well over $5 billion.

Leeds probably represents high 8 or low to mid 9 figure investment. Payroll can easily be 9 figures for each PL team.

It just goes to show you, an NFL team can have a championship drought for 2-3 decades but they print so much money that they can buy soccer franchises in the richest soccer league, which may rival the NFL for the most popular or highest revenue generating team sports league in the world.

Summary of 49er injuries. Hopefully this is accurate and most players will be back around week one. Still some rookies missed valuable practice and playing time

The only silver lining is the team has mainly avoided serious injuries.

Givens seems to be the only one that's due to miss the entire season while everyone else should be back before the season or soon after it.

Even Givens should be back at some point, though I expect him to start the season on IR.

Looks like Mac Jones is banged up and they need someone with enough familiarity in the offense to run it for practice this week. And maybe the game.

Patrick Taylor to IR, incidentally. Not sure if it's "to return" or not, or if they have to declare that at this point, but that might end his season.

Return to San Francisco 49ers
