Draymond, IMO, has way too much ego to be a coach. I can see him running player after player out of town cause he doesn't have "dog" in him OR because the player stands up to Draymond's Apha approach. Kerr is great because of how he handles personalities (yes, blessed to have Curry but has also dealt with Draymond).
Honestly I'd keep Kerr in a start over plan with the Warriors cause I don't want hacks failing to shape the Warrior's future.

Dray will start out as an assistant coach, and is smart enough to apply himself to becoming a top notch coach. If he wants it, he'll succeed in it.
