Cole Palmer hurt in the warmups and Paqueta scores early. From bad to worse real quick for chelsea

Edit: 1-1 … didn’t take long for the equalizer to come

Probably, but I don't think it's going to get any better with a new manager. That squad has very little technical ability outside of Paqueta, and the recruitment has been abysmal.

Wan Bissaka just letting his man run past him every single time.

And now it's 4-1. What the hell was that from the GK?

Chelsea very incisive and structurally solid, but man, West Ham have to be among the favourites to be relegated. Truly awful display.

Cannot see him making it to Christmas.

Two years ago Moyes had West Ham winning the ECL. Today, they are battling relegation.

He’s young and has some time still, but I don’t see it with Rico Lewis.

Spurs playing well though, Richarlison looks like he may have a big season. Thomas Frank has revitalised him.

Why does Richarlison have a sour puss, he assisted the first goal, his side are winning.

That City goalkeeper, not only carelessly gave away the second goal, he was lucky not to be called for penalty and hand ball just outside the box.

Only time you see Richarlison smile is if he’s celebrating his goals with that pigeon dance haha.

I don’t really get why City resigned Trafford, he’s not good enough for them imo.

Aren't Manchester City in for Donnarumma?

I believe so but even though he’s an excellent shot stopper, Pep values ball playing keepers which he’s not really good at. Still would be a better option than Trafford though imo.

That was so blatant. Should be red card for sure... penalty not so much as foul and handball was outside the box. VAR in shambles already.

Spurs look so much better structurally under Frank. Really nice win today. In the absence of Kulu and Maddison, Sarr has stepped up big time as the main attacking midfielder. Some great performances from him lately.

Nice start to the season. Let's get another signing or two through the door, and then look forward to Bournemouth next.

Worded perfectly.

Can easily see the likes of Joelinton and Guimarães putting a little extra in their tackles.

Getting out of the match without any injuries will be a plus for Liverpool.
