How will you see the NBA this year?

Post#1 » by Blame Rasho » Sat Aug 23, 2025 3:56 pm

Simple question… how much are you going to spend to see the NBA.

Basically with all the new deals in place to pay for all these absurd contracts, how many different streaming platforms are you going to use or just say well I am already paying for it already.

I basically gave up cable for “reasons” aka… don’t want to support x company and the overall cost.

So I have just get peacock deals that I get around Black Friday, prime, and will do without espn. I will see nba off the air when I can as well.

I already have most of these streaming services already. I believe FanDuel will carry local Spurs games again next season, so for me it's an extra 19.99 per month

We don't have cable so I honestly don't know what our plans our for this year to watch games. We do have Amazon Prime but I don't know if NBA games would cost extra within that package or would be part of it.

There will be "nationally televised" games on Prime on Thurs, Fri, and Sat. Should be included in your subscription with no extra charge.

I've had Prime since 2005. So I'm good with getting games on that.

I'm not on any cable package, but I do have a streaming service that I can watch League Pass without paying for the League Pass package.

Have cable and can watch ABC, NBC, ESPN and Peacock at no extra cost. Don't have Amazon but will check how much extra it would be.

You should add an option for illegal streaming sites like redacted.

Sharing illegal streaming options is not allowed in the forums. Thx. -b

Espn is now included with my disney and cable package so I'll just keep using those. I do watch espn out of the house so a plus also. Pay once a year for peacock when it's on sale for like $20 for the year. Have amazon. So yeah I'm set.

I'll be sailing the high seas. I might watch a game on Prime if I remember to.

League pass, just like the previous x years. It's awesome value for people outside the USA. Me and a buddy pay it together, comes out to around $50 for all games.

Black Friday has really good deals for streaming services. I got Max for a 6 month deal at $2.99 a month to watch TNT games. Also NBA League tend to do something for Black Friday as well.

cable, the playoffs will be on cable and the players load manage most good regular season games anyway. No reason to pirate the regular season unless someone goes on a heater like 2016 Curry.
