My FD picture is usually pristine, tonight it's pretty bad
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It went to hell for me a few weeks ago and hasn’t gotten better. I switched from Chrome to Safari and it looks good. Haven’t tried it on the TV yet.

I think it was wise to kind of throw this game away and make sure guys get the rest they need. They still have a 5.5 game lead for the NL's top seed and a 3.5 game lead for WS home-field advantage! Titles aren't won in late August games. They desperately need to just weather this brutal stretch and get healthy. I enjoy those "greatest regular season team of all-time" discussions as much as anyone, but I'm glad that Murphy has the long game in mind.

A winning record in this unbelievably challenging "19 games in 18 days" stretch, with their injury situation, would be an outstanding outcome under the circumstances. SF is the worst team they play in this stretch (but not when Webb and Ray start 2 of the 3 games), and they practically have an even run differential! :o

And after their next off day, they have another tough stretch that includes the Phillies and Rangers. That will make 27 games in 27 days, with only 10 at home, and the only team worse than SF in that stretch is the PIrates. And that's just a 3-game series.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

I imagine we see former players going back to the beginning of the franchise. Probably a lot of booth visits.

Starts at 12:15 on Sunday. It will be broadcast.

Costas said last night Selig will be there. I'm looking forward to watching this.

Not holding onto Cortes for some depth is looking like a mistake right now
