Even if Bieber doesn't re-sign, that was one of the better moves of the deadline, especially when you factor in cost. If Bieber is winning playoff games *reversejix* , it's a game changer.
And if they pull off Berrios 2.0 with Bieber, it's not even up for debate - it would be far and beyond the greatest move of the deadline.
