Now that we are in the homestretch of the summertime, when exactly does training camp open? I'm thinking, last year camp opened towards the end of September?

Do we yet have a date for media day?

Did he actually say that?
I would think that none of the NBA players want to lose.

No one is Tanking, when you only have a limited number of years, to even play.
There are no 50+ yr old NBA players.

I think Josh Minot will prove to be significantly better than either Walsh or Scheierman at every aspect of the game except jump shooting.

Players don't tank. Teams do, though..whether it's by sitting their better players out with a mystery injury, making personnel moves that make the team worse, slashing payroll, keeping a guy out longer with an injury, etc.

Smallish sample size for all but Minott has been the best shooter of the three so far.
I agree…it looks like he will be better than Walsh and Scheierman.

My concern with Mynot is his rebounding.

Small sample size, but his rebounding stats are not impressive.

Eh. idk about that.

He's a PF who can also play some at the 3. For that type of position, a TRB% under 8 is cause for concern. 8-10 is decent. Higher than 10 is good. Higher than 12 is awesome.

Minott's numbers:
Year 1: 14.6
Year 2: 10.6
Year 3: 9.4
Career: 10.7

I'm not worried about his rebounding.

I think the questions with Minott have been mostly around his offense..does he give you enough in the half court in terms of shooting, passing, driving closeouts - especially for a non-center. And on defense, he can be a little inconsistent and undisciplined. Can sometimes get lost, be in the wrong spots, foul too much, etc.

If season started today, who are you starting? (Regardless of what you’ve heard or what’s been reported.)

Mine would be…

White | JB | Hauser | ?? | Queta

?? - maybe we can get prime KG, Dirk, or Tim Duncan for that spot

I gotta go with Pritchard. = Hauser is not a ballhandler, and Brown is not particularly good at it, either.
Brown always needs one more playmaker than does Tatum.
