If our starters are going to pitch 2 or 3 or 4 innings per game, it’s going to be a long rest of season. Kudos to Woodruff, he goes 5.2 today and wanted a full 6. Too bad he gave up five runs in the 6th, but at least he went nearly six full.

I'm fine with literally any other starter going 90 pitches. Woody going 100 in back to back is asinine.

I hope. Somebody should remind him how wild Sandy Koufax was before he became, for a couple of years, the most dominant pitcher of all time.
