Its not exactly $35 mil in dead money for Clark.

We actually save about $2 mil this year, costs us $17 mil next year, but Clark is our only dead money going forward. No one else on the roster is really even a candidate to be cut at this point.

Gary likely has 2 years left on the team which is fine as his salary will go to pay Cooper in the future. Ton of future flexibility becomes available by extending any number of guys, and a new tv deal not far off.

Freaking awesome.

I meant more in the pass rushing game wrecking type of player. Imagine Gary is licking his lips too with this move. Should see way easier schemes against him this year.

Absolutely. A lot of people were down on Gary last year, but he still saw a lot of double teams and had a solid bounce back year coming off of his injury. The only guy getting doubled with Parsons on the field is Parsons.

Gary should feast. Wyatt could also really benefit. We just need him to stay healthy.

Between McKinney and Jacobs last year and Parsons this year it is nice to see the Packers roll some coin for premier playmaker guys.

I understand the frustration with the MM era, but Ted never had the guts to pull this type of stuff off post 2010. You need some playmakers. Now we've got them.

I was going to make a similar post. The talent infusion has been massive from outside the organization the last two years. Hopefully, they also uncovered a nugget in Hobbs.
