Fenerbahce is about to steal Ederson from Galatasaray. Barring a Donnarumma miracle Gala will be left holding their dicks.

Stupid to leave the keeper transfer to the last minute, very rarely you could get another teams no.1 or even no.2.

Looks like we are about to sign Boving from Graz.
Reminds me of Nebel. Should be a good transfer.

The vibes at my club just seem so off, whether that’s because key players have been offered around or if it’s because of Martinez wanting to leave for so long and us selling Ramsey I don’t know.

We are signing Sancho on loan which I thought was fine until I’ve seen we are covering 80% of his wages. We’ve spent all summer complaining about SCR and PSR, done a great job of clearing up the wages and mess we’ve made up then we go and contribute around 160-200k of wages on Sancho. It makes zero sense. Unless United are going to pay close to our valuation for Martinez or he’s going to Saudi like I’ve heard he might do all summer.

We are after Harvey Elliot who I rate highly and I know he’s not on a super high wage, I think he’ll be good for us. Kolo Muani as well apparently who I’m indifferent with.

I said last season the club needed to start rebuilding as a lot of our players are maxed out, we’ve had some of these players since Dean Smith was our manager. The rules etc are harsh yes but at times we’ve not helped ourselves at all.

Harvey Elliott is a great talent, cheap wages and perfect for Aston villa to get back in top 6 but Sancho is a weird move. He isn't worth his wages and lost so much of who he was. Elliot's only flaw is that he is better on the wing or nr.10 and getting benched for Salah or Wirtz is understandable.

I’ve watched a lot of England u21 games (with some of his appearances for Liverpool as well) and I agree, Harvey Elliott is a great talent. What also makes him great is his attitude, always has been praised for his application and how focused he is.

Bummed PSG wouldn’t budge on the Kolo Muani deal, now he’s on Tottenham and Juve gets Openda instead.

Akanji to Inter

Donnarumma to City

Adding Guehi to shore up the defense...

Other than Huijsen choosing Real Madrid over Liverpool, I don't believe the club missed out on any of their other targets -- Frimpong, Wirtz, Kerkez, Ekitike, Isak, and Guehi.

Newcastle spending the Isak money on Wissa, Thiaw and Woltemade reminds me of when Spurs sold Bale and bought the "magnificent seven", aka a bunch of donkeys.

Granted, Eriksen and to a lesser extent Lamela worked out, but it just reeks of similar panic.

Not a GK but looks like you've signed Gundogan.

Looks like the smaller scale outbound deals for fringe players are done for Arsenal:
-Albert Sambi Lokonga to Hamburg on a permanent deal
-Fabio Vieira on loan to Hamburg with the option to buy
-Reiss Nelson on loan to Brentford (sounds like teams wanted to buy him but he wants to stay and try to play his way into a permanent place on the team, so he pushed to go out on loan).

Still waiting on:
-Center back loan deals (Hincapie in on loan, with option to buy, Kiwior out on loan to Porto with obligation to buy)
-Zinchenko: sounds like Marseille deal fell through, but there are other options out there.

Thank you triplemke23 for the sig.

Yeah good deal. Dont think he'll be a starter right away, more like a rotation- situational piece which should work out at his age.

Calhanoglu begging to come to Galatasaray too, to a point apparently he is willing to pay part of the transfer fee. Never seen a captain of a CL finalist try so hard to join a much lower profile team. Inter fans has to be pissed.

As LFC journalist, David Lynch said:

Funny that, for all the stick Alexander Isak has taken, Marc Guehi’s reward for going about getting his move to Liverpool in a ‘classy’ way was to not get the move at all.

Wouldn't surprise me to see the club target him in either January, at even further reduced fee, or wait until summer when he's on a free. Guehi had already let it be known he only wanted Liverpool. And this collapse had nothing to do with LFC, but rather Crystal Palace's inability to bring in replacements.
