I'd take the Yankees in any series against the Jays for sure. Our only advantage is defensively. Their offense is significantly better and our pitching doesn't measure up to theirs in any respect either.

Not sure about any other good teams the NYY might play, but the AL isn't particularly strong this year.

That hit and run call or steal call with Lukes was so absurd. Unless straw rips a 100+ mph grounded hes beating out a double play. And you make sure Springer who's been on fire all year cant hit like so baffling. John's flaws were on display here yday pinch hitting choices yday also sucked.

At least we didn't get swept against the soon to be division winner. Glad we won 1

If the Jays sink to WC1 and face Boston in the Wild Card round, then I'm actually terrified about what the lineup would look like vs Crochet in Game 1. IKF at 3B, Clement at 2B and Straw in RF at a bare minimum (Davis likely getting optioned for Santander). They really need the bye, if nothing else to actually reach the DS round for once. I don't think they get there otherwise.

Barger bottom 5 in WRC+ last 30 days gotta hope he can turn it around but he cant be in the 2 hole going forward. If Satander is healthy hes my RF against LHP for sure and he should be slotted in at Bargers spot in the lineup.
