I started watching X files way after it was popular, and I was not ready how stupid that show is. I expected a more cerebral horror show, that theme used to legit scare me. Taht was not it. I really liked reboot season 1, but season two I quit after 1.1 episode, season one was great and then they just crapped the bed completely. One of the rare things I have watched after like 2007 times...
I always had good idea for a parody video. Basically, what il agent Mulder existed in real world. Agent Mulder was this guy who would believe that case is about **** like Vampires and smth, and because its a show, he was always right, but I wonder what it would like like in real life if FBI agent would had those theories and hes just a moron cause its real life.
X Files season 1 to 6 is pretty great. But it's a TV show from 30 years ago so you have to keep that in mind.
But if you started with the reboot....that's so bad. I didn't even bother with the second reboot season and I'm a pretty big fan.
No, I didn't start with the reboot, I watched the whole series. Even as a hard ''skeptic'' (I hate that term by the way, because I do not see not believing in paranormal and other non sense as skepticism) even then I loved the series, I basically loved chemistry between main two characters, and altho most of it wasn't about aliens, which was always interesting topic to me, but just stupid story of the week non sense, it was still mostly very entertaining.
That said, it was thing I watched regularly, like every day, and I don't know, maybe I am stupid, but I still couldn't follow what was going on in main plot. And as I said, I watched every day, it supposed to be fresh in my memory. But I think they knew how conveluded their plot was, because last episode where they kill smoking man, they literally explain to the audience what actually happened, because hell if I could follow a lot of it.
I remember watching that first movie long time ago, and I liked it, and I never seen a single episode of the show at that time, but it was still very memorable. Later I watched the whole show and I thought that second movie was pretty bad.
My favorite show as a kid was Knight rider, and man, I tried to watch the pilot recently, and wow, not as good as I remembered it
