Grier should be fired today. He has no vision and no clue how to build a team. Knowing the history of the fins though, he will probably receive a 10 year contract extension with the highest pay in the league.

At least Herro has won playoff games. I would
compare Tua to Eddie Jones. Fades in the limelight, only looks good when a bunch great players are around him, gets worse every season.

Admittedly been anti Tua since day 1. Had that one really good year but everything around him had to be perfect and just to his liking. Now the league has figured him out and he flat out stinks. Too awkward mechanically in the pocket and basically has no movement without resulting in a sack or disastrous turnover

McDaniel will be fired mid season mark my words. Grier probably safe for at least another season and potentially to oversee another rebuild, hope I’m wrong there

Unfortunately we are not historically bad, yet.. because if we were in that position, id feel better about our future with Arch Manning, who would definitely declare for the draft to play in a city like Miami, whereas he would have second thoughts of declaring should the Panthers or the Browns get the first pick..

But we can be historically bad real quick with an injury to Tua, and Tyreek Hill acting up being a locker room cancer.. and Waddle/Achane getting another injury..

Our defense secondary is very bad.. we havent even faced a top qb/wr corps yet and look what our defense gave up to Daniel Jones and his weak receiving corps

I just hate the way this team is built...McDaniel has been figured out, and our schedule is pretty unkind. A 2-win season is doubtful, but not completely out of the question either. Kinda over the McDaniel/Tua experiment already....one week I know, but I can't take anymore punishment lol

The fins are just too slow to respond to personnel changes. We all see the warning signs, but for some reason the team owner is oblivious. I liked the team drafting Tua, but I really didn’t do my research on his lengthy injury history. I am not the GM of the Dolphins though. In 2022 the team went all in getting Hill and having a dynamic offense, then Tua got his brain knocked into retirement. Why Grier and McDaniel fail to realize this is beyond me.

The problem is, we have not evolved. On offense, we have the same core players 3 years in, and little growth from those core players.

This is far from the core of Higgins, Chase and Burrow. That bengals offense has remained a top offense since Burrow got in the league.

We have gradually dropped off since 2 years ago, and we are looking at a steep decline this year.

Hill has expressed he wants a trade at the end of last season. Waddle always gets an injury. Achane, we will see how available he is.

And Tua just has never been a reliable quarterback even when he has been available. He has been inconsistent. He CANT make all the throws, he has bad hips, he cant zip the ball.. he throws a bunch of balloon balls and hospital balls. And yet he is paid like a top quarterback, and we are stuck with him for at least the 26/27 season due to cap reasons.

But that doesnt prevent us from drafting a qb.
