Did not see this posted anywhere but the (3) 2nd round picks POR got in the NY deal (trading rights to #34/Kolek away) were:
2027 MIN 2nd
2029 WAS\IND 2nd, least favorable
2030 NY 2nd
Not a bad thing either, since POR cupboard in the 2nd round is pretty bare and picks they do have are not a sure thing.
POR own 25' (TOR), 26', 28' (CHI), 29' & 30' picks are all owed to other teams
POR 1st round pick is tied up until 2028, which could cause POR to lose the swap with MIL (if it is even beneficial for them)
Picks owed to POR (2nd)
2025 ATL, if b\t 31-40, otherwise ZILCH
2026 MEM, if b\t 43-60, otherwise ZILCH
2027 MIN 2nd
2027 Own 2nd, unless b\t 56-60 AND POR pick is lower than NO pick
2029 WAS\IND 2nd, least favorable
2030 NY 2nd
2031 Own 2nd
Here is hoping dealing away Grant, Ant, Williams, Thybulle leads to some more draft capital. Sucks having only (1) pick in the loaded 25' draft, unless of course ATL misses the playoffs AND has one of the 10 worst records in the NBA next year (unlikely IMO).

Did they go through all the 2nd Round Picks they got in the Payton trade?

they used one last year of Rupert. They dumped the 40th pick in the draft in June, basically for next to nothing (Quinten Post)
* they still have the 2025 second round pick (from Hawks) (protected #41-59)
* 2026 second round pick (from Warriors) (Grizzlies pick protected top 42)
* 2028 second round pick (from Warriors)
but the Blazers didn't just trade Payton they also traded their own 2028 second

Super OT but man I wish we kept #40 and used it on Post. Would love a high volume 3PT spacer as our 3rd C long term after DC and Yang.
