Kudos to Ataman and their guys for having a game plan and coming in ready. Their C nailed all his threes and basically blew the game open.

If within 5 minutes of the 3rd Greece can't narrow it to around 8-10 it's kalinyxta.

I am not Turkish, but he never seemed like prick to me, he is just emotional, prideful and lacks thick skin, it is easy to hurt him and get under his skin. Thats why he gets so many techs, but he is one of the most human coaches out there IMO, sometimes it seems you need to be cold psychopat to have that profession.

This game looks over. Turkey will be very tough to beat. I hope we will see a great final!

Yes, I would not put yannis back in the game. Leave the benchers in there and if they somehow can spark a run to get the lead around 10 maybe. We just did not come ready at all to play. Turkey have been playing with Pace and intensity. Congratulations to them they have a great chance to win it all

Very true. The one big advantage Germany has is that they have nba ball handlers. Traditionally, even an nba SF and PF can handle tough ball pressure cause nba ball handling is simply too advanced.

That said, Sengun and the open shooters will absolutely feast.

Are you a Fenerbahce fan? Must be

Ataman is loved by many, hated by the fanbase of one club, that nobody should take serous anyway

Larkin is good at that, but he has been playing heavy minutes for these past 3 weeks, Turks might need another 36 minutes from him.

The championship game should be an interesting matchup. Turkey's offense looks like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is cutting and moving with pace.

I'm just hoping breece can get a good game going against Finland for bronze which is still and admirable result.

Greece cutting this to single digits would be the best case scenario for Turkey, otherwise Germany game will be even tougher. Turkish teams dont do well after big wins.

Reminds me of Ponitkas amazing game against Slovenia. Probably just an outlier game. That still doesn't take away from the fact both were astonishing performances.

Congratulations to Turkiye.

Last season I was more busy and watched less games, mainly Boston, so I do not remember seeing much of Sengun. In this tournament I had this vague feeling that he reminds me of someone... FInally remembered whom - Pau Gasol.

Props to Greece for not complaining about the free throw discrepancy. 9 to 22 is pretty big.
