Ben Foster and Merritt Wever two of the most under-celebrated great actors of our time.

Hugely agree on both. Great in every role they're in. Especially Wever in Godless.

Wait...didn't WB/Discovery just split up?? Now a short time later a new conglomerate? All high level shenanigans I'm sure.

This is the most Paul Walter Hauser film that doesn't have Paul Walter Hauser in it. Great actor. Call me, Paul.

I really hope this doesn't happen. Ballmer should buy WB when he gets booted from the NBA.

Paramount was recently sold to David Ellison who's the son of Larry Ellison who just became the richest man in the world. Probably having daddy buy him a movie company.

The feds need to stop these mergers. They're bad for consumers and bad for the content.

Binged through the first season of Interview with the Vampire over the weekend and I'm annoyed it took me so long to get to it. Leaves the movie for dead imo.

The pilot didn't hook me, but I have to give it another chance.

Outside of the Sam Reid performance the pilot didn't grab me either but I'm glad I stuck with it because he's really **** good as Lestat and the show really starts to get going when (minor spoiler)

Spoiler:
a new character is introduced halfway through.

Enjoying the main plot but the extreme cordiality of the group dynamic had led to too many scenes that would have been at home in Friends. Feels like it was a mistake to give most of the characters nothing to do for half the season.

Strange New Worlds finale was quite the letdown. Enjoyed the season overall but it just felt all over the place.

The new Monster: Ed Gein story mini series looks like it's gonna be another instance of Ryan Murphy trying to make a disgusting, heinous, murderous criminal seem cool/sexy, and it's beyond weird at this point. And he's an **** as well. I'm lowkey hoping this bombs and we can be done with these lame ass shows glamorizing serial killers.

Pains to me agree. I usually rewatch the seasons multiple times, and I'm not sure I'll ever revisit even one of this season's episodes.

I thought the Ortega standalone episode was very good. Other than that, just very meh storylines/episodes that felt like filler in between the bigger villain arcs. Every single romance having like, zero chemistry and buildup was super weird lol.

Hey guys, at least this time Ryan Murphy had the decency to profit off a killer from 70+ years ago so that at least all the victims' immediate family members aren't alive anymore and forced to re-live their mental anguish and trauma all over again.
