In an ideal situation Klay is your 3rd best player, but I like Embiid with Curry.

2019 Embiid is one of his best blends of offense/defense and a perfect fit with Curry.

I thought about drafting Klay but yeah, he doesn’t have enough playmaking to be the second option.

I think it is easier to justify with Lebron and that he was picked in more or less the correct spot.

The Point Guards also appear deep (I say this as I get eliminated in the 1st round in most games, so take my analysis with a grain of salt!) which should allow for more playmaking to be infused into the roster.

Oh to have my pick over. I somehow missed Embiid on the old spreadsheet. He's a steal there and is a great fit with Curry. Lots of great pairs, but that might be the best so far.

Wouldn't have been wild about Giannis/Embiid.

I strongly considered Embiid but his style of play just isn't something I love building around.
