Mitch isn't very motivated, considering that the salary to be offered would probably be very close to the MLE, and many teams could give this amount.

The Knicks also should not be very motivated, considering Mitch s extension should put the team above the second apron in 26/27.

His numbers were okay in Portland but he had like a 43 EFG% with the wizards. Which is really really bad. I’m sure he wasn’t trying so hard being traded to a tanking team but pointing to a couple good games he had there doesn’t really reflect how he played there.

He was not good last year.

We can argue he's a victim of a tanking culture, and his injuries were exaggerated. But looking at his numbers isn't inspiring. Also, no one else is offering him money. Let alone guarantee money.

Tosan is kind of nice- reminds me of a roly-poly Nick Young...surprisingly polished offensive game with some bulldozer finesse, as they say.

I acknowledge the 3pt shooting dip, but numbers don't tell all. Dude played well when ...healthy. Now I don't guarantee he stays healthy he because he does have lingering foot injuries which have held him back a bit. But he wont be needed to play big minutes. And as you mentioned we are the opposite of a tanking culture.

When healthy he’s a legit sixth man. Reliable and dependable against the second unit, can still hoop with the first unit when called on. Good locker room presence, doesn’t get into trouble.

It seems like he thrives in smaller roles on contending teams. I trust our current medical staff- Mitch after his return and OG made it thru last season (Phew!) ...so I'm tentatively hopeful.

That Tosan guy needs to get into at least one game Clyde is calling so we can hear him try to pronounce his name.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.
