The Late Late show with Craig Ferguson was so good. Was the only one of those shows I'd bother watching back in the day

I've liked Craig Ferguson going back to when he played Nigel Wick on The Drew Carrey Show
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Pretty good action/suspense series but despite the gritty color palette and well shot action sequences a lot of the things that happen are a bit unbelievable for my tastes. Some of the scenes accentuating the trauma of PTSD were well done, and I was fairly surprised with the ending of the last episode.

I liked it. Shows like that I just forget about the "that wouldn't really happen" stuff and just enjoy it.

It looks like season 2 won't be out until late next year. But a prequel is out now, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. 7 episodes, I'm just about to start the 3rd. I like it. There are a lot of stop the terrorist/spy shows/movies but it's a genre I like. I rewatched the original before starting Dark Wolf because I had forgot a lot.

Slow Horses returns in a week. I'll likely wait until the entire season plays out so I can binge it

A great show, hilarious and completely absurd. One of the more touching things I can recall seeing was unexpectedly catching him eulogise his father late one night.

I'll be honest - politics aside - I never thought Kimmel was funny. Colbert was more earnest and I liked him more as a person, but his show wasn't appointment viewing. Fallon sucks and always has.

I used to like Conan and Letterman and even Leno had a few funny bits. But late night talk shows have been irrelevant for years now. It was only a matter of time before the networks decided to save a **** load of money and air a sitcom repeat instead.

I haven't watched late night TV live in 25 years, except one time when Amy Whinehouse was making her US debut.

That was cool.

Not a Lawrence fan but DiCaprio + Scorsese? I'm in.

I've seen five total minutes of Fallon in my lifetime and they all involved JT.

But this was funny.

26 minutes into superman and I’m ready to shut it off. Does this crap get any better? Its awful

I liked it and I don't usually like superhero movies ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yea, I thought Superman was solid. Some standout set pieces and David Corenswet was great. Felt like watching Superman.

The 27th minute is where I thought Superman really kicked in for me.

I guess it got tolerable after the first half hour, but not good. I give it a meh. The peacemaker series is better and thats not saying anything

Superman tried to do so many things at once and it's the same old mistake that every mediocre super-hero movie makes. I still found it enjoyable because of the performances (Hoult, Brosnahan, the guy that played Mr. Terrific), but it was a weird choice to make Superman so emotional (soooo much screaming/yelling) and they didn't give the other great actors enough to do (Fillion and Jeffrey Wright). I guess that pretty much sums up my gripe with the "extended cinematic universe" format of movie-making these days. You don't need every single hero/character in every single movie.

I think you meant Wendell Pierce. He's great, I would have liked to have seen more of him.
