It's so weird to me to listen to this right, like Stroud and TLaw both threw basically the same interception, and with Stroud it's all coddling from the announcers "oh that was just a great play by the DB, nothing you can do about that as a QB" then when TLaw does the same thing it's "that was the worst throw I've ever seen, no NFL QB ever does that"

That and the drops man, Jesus.

Stroud still has the great rookie season shine on him. The narrative for him will turn drastically by this time next year if he continues to have another meh season

Him and TLaw are both on that same tier. I'd say both are fringe top 10 QBs, it's just that mathematically speaking, there can only be 10 top 10 QBs, and there are just a lot of really good QBs now

That Texans O Line is so bad though, like the rest of the team is really good, they're just really being let down by that atrocious line.

It's deeper than that.

He had 482 touches last season (carries + receptions, including playoffs) and he's turning 29 in February. Running backs can fall off a cliff quickly.

I felt he was declining with the Giants, but then he had a swan song season with the Eagles last season. He just finished with 46 yards on 2.6 ypc. It's something to keep an eye on.

2023- Will Levis

2024- Spencer Rattler & Cowboys backup

2025- Shedeur & Giants QB
