Under the current pool everyone gets an MVP level talent from the Laker category alone, particularly with what looks like a relatively low participant number. And that’s without even factoring in the various superstars present in other categories.

The All Star turned bench category is actually pretty deep. Not many guys who are still stars- Ginobili was a bit of a unicorn in that regard, but plenty of usable role players. I drafted 3 different guys who easily could have been used for it, and all three could have been used in at least one other category in this game two of them had multiple other potential categories.

I think these scavenger hunt style drafts need at least one category that lacks many traditional options. I’d actually argue that the Hawks aren’t THAT bad. The Hornets are fairly bad. And the Wizards amaze me that they’ve existed so long with so few draftable options.

The Knicks and Nuggets are only rough categories if you wait on them.

Evans and Kufous will naturally slot into my backup C position - the former more of a hustle guy and elite rebounder, the latter a more traditional rim protector with more size. Jones/Craig will play as another wing stopper, and in this route Tucker or Kirilenko play backup C.

Made a pretty drastic change going from Prime Harden to 6man of the year Harden and taking Penny, but I like the team better having the penny/Shaq duo, more fun anyway
