Last year Minnesota did not have enough offense to carry them over the hump with OKC. Randle had some difficulties scoring. Adding a little more offense would be ideal. Mike Conley is not the player he was, and a reduced role would help. Rob Dillingham is good, but Terry Rozier is an upgrade. Minnesota has invested in Rob Dillingham so has the team improved?

I've always been a Terry Rozier fan, but until I know he's innocent I wouldn't touch him now. Innocent until proven guilty does not apply.

Terry Rozier, a guard for the Miami Heat, is currently under federal investigation for unusual betting patterns surrounding a game he played in March 2023 while with the Charlotte Hornets. Specifically, the investigation focuses on bets placed on Rozier's individual performance statistics (points, rebounds, assists) in a game against the New Orleans Pelicans, where he exited early due to injury. While the NBA conducted its own investigation and found no violation of league rules, federal authorities are continuing their probe. Rozier has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
The incident in question occurred on March 23, 2023,

Why would Minnesota trade for a guy currently under investigation for cheating/gambling? Where are you coming up with the 25m he is currently getting paid? Are you trading Rudy, Jaden, Julius or Naz? This is completely stupid from the Wolves perspective.

Rob will be important this year. I do not expect he become a starter now but we need him to contribute 15-20 min every night and bring his speed, scoring. The combo Mike/DDV can't make it. Mike is old and even i expect to see Mike back to his good level, DDV is not a PG. Important year for Rob and the Wolves.
2 options :
Rob show he can be a starter PG next year and we have a good window for the coming years. He failed and we have to trade for a good PG which considering our financial situation is quite impossible without trading some good pcs ( Julius,DDV or Rudy....)

I'm optimistic and convince Rob will make it.

The formula for Rob to make an impact for us is simple. He just has to create pace and he should be able to do that naturally. And it is something that we desperately need. Then he just has to break the paint; get in the paint whether you are in a pick and roll, or playing off the catch, or beating your guy on a crossover (dribble) and getting downhill. Get in the paint and then make plays for your teammates.

The scoring piece is fine. We know he’ll make some pull-ups and floaters and get to the rim. Off the ball, be ready to make some spot-threes. That piece will come. I do feel like he has a passing profile that can unlock a lot for guys that he’s playing with — and we really need that. We really need that. And that’s not asking him for things that he can’t do, or that significantly alters his game in any way.

As long as he’s doing that, and keeps fighting his tail off on defense, we’ll be happy and he’ll have a role.

Watching him do those legs lifts, looks like his balance is very slightly off - Something they'll work on for sure.
