This the Daniel Jones situation all over again, but without the support of a Saquon.

Dart will have to be transcendent.

these are plays were Dart will help...he will stick in the pocket and deliver this ball to Nabers.

Russ bails on the pocket way to early outside of throwing moon balls.

I don't have much faith in this coaching staf...Dart will have to be special.

Well, even in preseason, it was clear that we were running one offense with Russ and another one with Dart and Jameis.

Dart will stand and deliver, which will help, but his success will still be predicated on scheme creativity and free up easy reads for him. Otherwise, like I said previously, he's got to be a much faster processor than expected, which is tough for a rookie.

Brutal stretch for the rookie to get his first starts. I’m obviously excited to see what he looks like in the NFL regular season but also can’t help but think this is too early.

Would’ve been better off coming into the season with just Winston and Dart with Jameis as the starter until Dart is ready IMO

the more i think about it, if andrew thomas isn't on a snap count, our tackle situation with eleumenor should be just fine especially with khalil mack injured. dart will have adequate support out there, i want to see something from him

This move screams desperation to save Schoen and Daboll's job. Hopefully Dart can develop, gain some experience and show some signs or more. On the other end, if he's not ready can this hurt? Maybe so.

Just no real faith in the coaching staff to put him in a good position

Crazy though how they spent on Russ and Jameis then abandoned the plan after 3 games.

As a Jets fan, with no skin in the game. I'm pretty hype to see how Dart looks in this straight up trial by fire. I was really impressed with his preseason performance against my guys (though, our defense being a letdown does put it in a bit of a different light).

Hopefully he can get the most out of Nabers, because Russ wasn't.

Is Andrew Thomas gonna play 1 half again then sit out. Will we actually have a damn kicker in this game who's not gonna tear their balls in warmups.
