His swing is broken. There’s no way a guy with that much natural power should be hitting only 23 **** home runs. Half of the Yankees team has more home runs than him. He’s slicing the ball, he’s late on meatball fastballs. It’s like he has no game plan at the plate. His swing path is super flat…

Btw Varland is reported to be starting the biggest game of our season tomorrow

The FO really thought this one out well

The team has been frustrated with Vlad the whole season off/on,and thats why they would bat Vlad after Bo sometimes to see how he was doing rbi potential wise, but eventually they had to protect Vlad by switching the 2 up,and Bo batted after Vlad. They have scored way more runs that way this season.I would like to see Santander,or even Springer, maybe even Kirk bat one slot ahead of Vlad to maybe spark some **** offense.Schneider is too arrogant to try this. Its the same lineup all time.No imagination.

It would be worth the $250 million just to clear the air in the clubhouse. You can’t have this schmuck leading (demoralizing) the team for the next 10 years.

This FO got really lucky with our farm system players stepping up in a big way this year (notably Lauer, Barger, Lukes, Clement), and Springer somehow turning back the clock to 2017. But if you look at the acquisitions this FO has made, they have all been horrendously unproductive. Scherzer, Giminez, Santander, Hoffman. Then they sign a 23 HR guy for 500 million.

I think Kirk may be completely gassed at this point. He probably needs a break more than anyone else (wild card round bye would have been nice). Not only has his hitting fell off, he has only 1 runner caught stealing since July 5th with 28 stolen bases off of him during the same period.

I can't believe this is happening. I knew it was possible but still, I can't believe it.

I mentioned a week or so back, Manny Lee is still alive.
