Can you tell me how much longer Burrow has left on his contract with the Bengals?
2025: Cap hit of $46 million
2026: Cap hit of $47.99 million
2027: Cap hit of $51.99 million
2028: Cap hit of $53.249 million (only $15 million guaranteed)
2029: Cap hit of $57.45 million (only $2 million guaranteed)

So it really depends on how the 2 sides feel about the marriage. As long as he doesn't retire, he has 2 more years after this one. Bengals are pretty cheap so realistically 3 years. If they wanted to take it the life of the deal 4 more years after this season.

Let me also ask you this. If Joe Burrow wanted out of Cincinnati, would the Bengals ever consider trading him? IMHO Burrow will have to go somewhere else to win a ring. Don't think he can do it where he is now.

If the 49er’s were really America’s Team they’d be more popular and be on National TV more than any other team. They’re not because they’re America’s Team.

The 49ers are 100% america's team, when the 49ers play Dallas there are more 49ers fans in your stands than Dallas fans

Sorry, not even close. The Niners are not even the most popular team in Cali much less America. The Raiders are more popular in Cali than the Niners and they don’t even play in Cali anymore. The Cowboys even have more fans in Cali than the Niners do. Hell Pittsburgh, Green Bay, or even New York would have more claim to being America’s Team before San Fran.

I doubt it. The Bengals don't really make trades. Below is a list of some of the Bengals trades in the recent past.

March 2024: Traded Mixon to the Texans after they publicly said they were going to release him for a 7th round pick.

August 2021: traded Billy Price to the Giants for BJ Hill and a 7th round pick.

October 2020: Traded Dunlap after he tried to fight their DC on the sideline for BJ Finney (never played a snap as a Bengal) and a 7th round pick.

March 2018: traded pick #12 and a 6th rounder for Cordy Glenn, pick #21 (selected Billy Price), and a 5th round pick.

October 2011: Traded Carson Palmer (after he retired) to the Raiders for a 2012 1st round pick and a 2013 conditional 1st round pick (that became a 2nd rounder).

July 2011: Traded Chad Johnson to the Patriots for a 5th and 6th rounder.

December 2010: Placed Terrell Owens on IR, sorry not a trade but i just wanted to add it lol

They left because of the owner though. Mark Davis was looking for a free handout. Which he got from Vegas.

Are they more popular? Hard to say. But the Raiders are definitely the more popular team in a city like Los Angeles. Likely state wide.

Raiders consistently had bottom 5 attendance last ten years they were in Oakland. They were like Clippers of Bay Area, always the step child that attracted niche fanbase.

Well they left LA too, so while they may have some fans among gangs, it didn't translate to attendance.

Nor merchandising sales. I would have thought with the black jerseys, they'd be way up there but they're #6. Cowboys are #2, which is also a surprise.

#1? Surprising again.

A new study revealed that the San Francisco 49ers have the most in-demand merch in the build-up to the NFL season, topping the ranking with an average monthly search volume of 199,004 for the team’s merch-related terms
The Dallas Cowboys are in second place, with an average monthly search volume of 179,008, while the Detroit Lions are in third place, with a search volume of 170,707 for the team’s merch
To determine the ranking, the study analyzed the total average monthly search volume for merch-related terms for each NFL team
A new study has revealed the NFL teams with the most in-demand merchandise ahead of the NFL season’s return, with the San Francisco 49ers topping the list.

The odds and sportsbook comparison site, Oddspedia, analyzed the average online search volume for each team’s merchandise. Key search terms included phrases such as ‘[Team] merch,’ ‘[Team] merch near me,’ and ‘Buy [Team] merch online.’ For each team, the study calculated a total average monthly search volume, which was then used to determine the final ranking.

The study revealed that the San Francisco 49ers have the most in-demand merchandise in the build-up to the NFL season, topping the ranking with an average monthly search volume of 199,004. According to the study, the ‘49ers jersey’ is the most frequently searched item of NFL merchandise in the United States.

The Dallas Cowboys have the second-most popular merchandise, with a total search volume of 179,008. One of the team’s most popular search terms included ‘Dallas Cowboys cap,’ which accounted for 24,794 searches.

Of course you have to account for attendance, merchandise sales, TV ratings, especially national games, etc.

Cowboys average over 20k more per home game than other teams, because apparently they have almost 100k capacity with around 20k SRO and they sell those tickets.

They're in a top 10 market and of course they have a long history so they have national/international followings. But so do the Steelers and the 49ers.

sorry, but anyone that thinks the Raiders were more popular than the 49ers in California (or anywhere on the planet, for the matter) has exactly *zero* idea about it lol

and the 49ers also couldn't build a stadium in SF, but they moved 20 minutes south. Raiders had to move out of the state completely because they were tired of being the B team.

This is like saying the Clippers are more popular than the Lakers lmao.

Yeah, after the game I posted a video of a Seahawks fan crying about Niners fans being in the majority. Green Bay is the only place I havent seen Niners fans take over, and that's probably because it is too cold up there.

Turns out the 12 stands for years after which they stopped being fans: 2013 + 12 = 2025

Yes the Raiders. The Raiders moving has more to do with money than their fan base. Besides the Raiders the Rams and even USC has more fans than San Fran.

Thanks to companies like Ticketmaster, fans are selling their tickets for profit, way over market. It's been an issue in Seattle, but also all over. Plus, you've got corporations who are buying up season tickets & re-selling them as well. That's why you're seeing an influx of opposing fans. Yeah, it sucks.

The Raiders got dogwalked out of two cities (one city twice), and social media analysis recently had them at like the 14th or 15th most popular team (so basically mid (the Rams even worse lol)

The idea the Raides are popular is so fiction and not based on any reality, they have middling popularity their fans are just hella loud and annoying so it makes them seem like they have more than they actually do.

Popular teams don't keep moving cities.

So what happens when Burrow starts demanding he wants out of Cincinnati? I see it coming within two years. Its obvious the Bengals have no intention of protecting their biggest investment. They are too cheap. Joe Burrow is still young but playing for the Bengals he is out every other year since they drafted him due to injury. If Burrow ever wants to win a ring he will have to go somewhere else. One thing the Cowboys do most of the time is build good O-lines. Could be a possible future destination to consider. And he comes cheaper than Dak.
