I know it rarely happens. But I would fire Daboll but keep Schoen.

Between Nabers, bringing in Burns, and this current draft class showing some legit potential between Dart, Carter, and Cam.

I’d stick with Schoen, but I just think Daboll is a horrible coach

So far, Bosa has been a big upgrade over Miller for the Bills.

Dude is in the perfect spot for this stage of his career. No longer an every down guy, but he’s still special when it comes to rushing the passer

I’d move on from Daboll. I just think he’s still living off of the “he turned Josh Allen around” hype from years ago. I just don’t think he’s anything special. While I do think Schoen has shown a damn good ability to draft

I get it, but I hate giving young QBs new coordinators every year. I'd give this group another season.

The thing I really like about Minter and his defense. It’s not a ton of bells and whistles like a Flores defense.

It’s just so well executed all the time and he seems to know exactly the right times to call a blitz.

There really isn’t anything for an offense to “figure out”. You’re just going to have to execute your offensive gameplan better than they execute their defensive gameplan. And it seems like most teams just can’t do it for a full 60 minutes
