Ouch. Wonder if it was on a dunk. That's a bad laceration to need two weeks.

Anyone have training camp reports yet? Is Dilly really getting better? Is Ant's mid range working? Gobert developed a sky hook?

Call me crazy, but with mainstream concern about lack of PG depth, I am more concerned about lack of guys who can move off the ball. I believe that Clarke is already the best off ball player in MIN

NOOOOO! It's a Right Fifth Finger.
I'm still wondering how Miller injured it. Anybody know? I guess I'll Google it.
Edit: It happened during Tuesdays practice is all I could find out.

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Leonard Miller sustained a finger injury at Tuesday’s practice, according to the team, which announced in a press release that he has been diagnosed with a right fifth finger laceration.

I love to see Johnny Juzang make the team but with so many players stuck at that shoot guard position: Ant, DDV, TSJ, and Clark in front of him, I don't see how he could make it.

I watch a cpl of Jazz games last year and Juzang was pretty good. Average defense, able to shoot well, create shoot. Hope he got some minutes and see if he can be better than TSJ or Clark. I doubt it's happen but who knows?

He's this year's Matt Ryan, I bet....though I think a tad more upside.

Last year's road game at Washington is a pretty good case study for this.

Had a rather efficient 41/7/6 night in a comfortable 14-point win. However, when you break the game down by quarter....
1st Quarter: 4 points on 2/7 FGs (MIN wins 25-20)
2nd quarter: 8 points on 2/3 FGs (MIN loses 27-26)
3rd quarter: 9 points on 4/6 FGs (MIN loses 32-31)
4th quarter: 20 points on 6/9 FGs (MIN wins 38-27)

Once he turns it on, we win comfortably....

To me the most interesting part of Jake Paynting's video is about Bones defense. If Bones can prove he can consistently defend at an average level it could make Finch's minutes decision at backup point guard a lot harder. I still expect Dillingham to get every chance to claim the minutes, but I think if Rob struggles there is a real chance Bones could steal the role.
