Will he be G League? Is he competing with Miller for an NBA roster spot?

He is likely bound for Iowa. I think the Miller discussion is a year away.

I'd like to see Rob have a good stint in the 4th. He needs to start making a case for playing time.

Rob Dillingham is not currently an NBA-caliber player.

Definitely frustrating to see. Does not look poised at all.

Might be Tim's new Emmanuel Mudiay?

One preseason game. Let's see how he looks as we move closer to the season. I'm not ready to give up on him.

I haven't given up on him either. But I also don't think we should force feed him minutes. This isn't a 15-win team, we don't have time to wait while forcing development. It's sink or swim for playing time.

Juzang is not bad as a weakside corner option

Being honest, I am still perplexed about not selecting Nikola Topić. He fell from top four to twelve because of a torn ACL, but that is kind of an ideal type of prospect to take as a team who really doesn't have available minutes. I appreciate that he isn't a crazy athlete, but I'm still confused about it.

For all the trashing Dilly tonight and I admit he's not looking good he does have 8 assists.

Juzang is a black hole in a good way. Le Berricade just keeps impressing.

I think his biggest issue right now is that his game is not "repeatable" right and now and just too sloppy and out of control at times.

I think Tim has a type at that position (see Hyland, Bones).

I think Rob is going to need to improve his shot making efficiency to get on the court. He just has way too many games like tonight with 10 shots for 7 points.

Great first game. Our bench bigs looks good. Surprised how Rocco and Joan seems to play at NBA level alreaady. Dilly is dumb at times but he got 9 Assist for 3 TO which is great. I think he can make it. Hyland was good but this guy has never be consistent so i'm not expecting it change.
Juzang did more or less what he did with the Jazz, can have some night where he shoot very well.

Nuggets have sneaky good depth this year after having zero bench last year.

Valanciunas, Brown, Hardaway.

Questions will be health, coaching, and if they have enough firepower and defense around Jokic.
Their roster is really unathletic though that will be a weakness.

Joan and Rocco held up really well against 2 really tough strong centers. But they played preseason Joker not playoff Joker.
Both still have a LOT to learn about defensive concepts, angles, and rotations (closing out 3 point shooters in particular was awful)
but both have an incredible amount of physical skill and were pretty darn good for their first NBA preseason game.

Bones Hyland is fools gold. Unfortunately he probably made the team with his performance tonight.
Dillingham does not look good at all.
I think the expectations of him being a rotation player this year on a contender are unrealistic and unfortunately it just looks like he was drafted a full round too high.

I really like Johnny Juzang as an offensive minded alternative to Jaylen Clark and think his shooting adds an element we lack from our bench.
He also has enough size and grit to play either wing position.
But he will probably get lost in the roster and money crunch and not make the team.

Really like TJ's game too even if the shooting was off tonight.

I remember last year when we stomped them in preseason and Malone was very very unhappy about it.
I wonder what he would have thought if guys who started the game were sitting behind the bench joking around in street clothes in the 2nd half.
We'll see if Adelman can muster enough gravitas to keep those guys all pointed in the same direction when the going gets tough.

Hot take: Freeman will play more minutes than Miller.
