And he has not spared any expense, it has been a blank checkbook just like Huizenga..
Problem is, both he and Huizenga have struck out 100% of the time. One hundred percent. It is remarkable to get it wrong that many times consistently.
We have had these tiny moments of success, the Ricky Williams era, had some elite defenses under Jimmy Johnson, Wannatedt and Saban.Chad Pennington gave us a good season, got a single good season with Gase and Tannehill.. had back to back wildcard appearances with Mcdaniels where we got smoked and completely overmatched like we didnt belong, and our “franchise qb” Tua wasnt available due to injury.
It is tiresome to watch the same nonsense with this franchise . I dont let them stress me out anymore.
All i know is if we dont get the quarterback situation figured out correctly with a real quarterback, we are going to watch Josh Allen rule our division for the next decade like we did Brady
There is no logical reason why the Dolphins would be so bad at all of these personnel decisions unless it was on Ross. You can have an open checkbook and give your trusted advisors carte blanche, but if thizs advisors are **** the team is done.
I think that is mostly the case with Ross. I also think he likes yes men and Grier is the type of guy to be like “ok well if we go down this road of acquiring young talent we can be a contender for years to come, but since you want to win now we can give up on that plan without a fight and go back to doing the same **** the Dolphins have done since Ross acquired the team”
Whatever the boss wants.
