He is 27, shouldn't be declining for God's sake, 27 is like 21 in modern sports & science backed with diet, nutrition & training.
It's just his god awful work ethic on court to fight for better looks, position himself better and actually try harder. Or at very least, read situations better.
But than again, if he actually cared, he would not get cut by Blazers.

It becomes obvious when you contrast them with players that have a "motor" like Ron Holland on the Pistons, who goes so hard, he starts random fights on the court.
Maybe Luka and LeBron yelling at him eveey damn day will light a fire, but I have sincere doubts.
